Terrible..
- no water in room sink, Clerck say technician will be repairing but never appear in 3 days.
- tv is broken
- only one bath for all rooms and dirty, not enough toilets paper and bad quality no soap to wash hands neither towels in the bath, bad things in pandemic.
- Clerck only speak german and communication is so hard.
- to noisy, not only because the traffic noise but also people screaming and nobody control.
- Bad service, no one attending front desk.
- window support is broken.

Best thing - near the under construction train station. Cheap.

Worst thing - everything.

Value for money, very clean bathrooms, friendly staff, too much noise in the morning bc of bad sound isolation

Good value for money. Small but very clean room, hotel very conveniently located next to the transport to/from airport and city centre. Breakfast is included although a bit boring as everyday they give you the same things, no choice. All in all good value for money if you need just a hotel to spend the nights, i recommend it.

The train and buses were close and provided an easy access to the city. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help anyway they could. This is a budget hotel so I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. For an extra 5 Euros, our clothes were washed, dried and left in our room. The hotel was very clean and next time I will book an en-suite room!

I have really enjoined the traveling over that wonderful hotel. Ekaterina, hostess was very friendly and sweet with us. It was my first and the best experience in Berlin and in my first time I have enjoyed this so much, that I will return to this hotel and of course only to Ekaterina! We had a great and warm breakfasts in the morning, always clean and well prepared room, that's only thanks for Ekaterina and her amazing experience in the hotel business!

More of a hostel than a hotel. But some rooms have private washrooms like the one we stayed in. Can be a bit confusing the way it is set up. I mean if all you need is a bed for the night then it's fine. But expect NOTHING more than this..
