Da durch räumliche Veränderung der Paketcontainer nicht mehr im Kundenbereich steht und ich diesen nebenan sah, ging ich hin und legte mein Paket darin ab. Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Kunden und werden immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert bedient.

Ja, manchmal gibt´s ne Schlange an der Kasse - was auch dem Postshop geschuldet ist - trotzdem gehen die Mitarbeiter souverän mit jeder Situation um.

Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und stets bemüht, den besten Service zu bieten. Tanke dort öfter. Auch was die Post angeht, stellen sie viel auf die Beine, was bei einer vollen Tankstelle mit 3 Kassenschlangen (2 Tanke, 1 Post) nicht zu unterschätzen ist!
Das Essen aus dem Backshop schmeckt wirklich immer frisch und super lecker.
Kann ich nur empfehlen. ????????

Lässt jemanden 10 Minuten in der Schlange stehen, teilweise mit Mitarbeitern im persönlichen Gespräch vertieft, den Kunden ignorierdend oder dann wenn man an der Reihe ist mit einem Päckchen in der Hand, grinsend mitzuteilen, dass die Poststelle schon geschlossen hat! Eventuell wäre es günstig jenes am Eingang anzubringen um das warten zu vermeiden um mitgeteilt zu bekommen..... geschlossen.

Ich persönlich kann nichts dafür das die Dame frustriert ist und anscheinend mit sich und der Welt unzufrieden!

Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind wirklich umgänglich, aber die Damen wurde für Kundenkontakt nicht geboren.
