Great store, some staff members needs to increase their knowledge on the gaming / streaming area, I came to purchase the elgato wave 3 mic and 2 staff members didn't understood what is it or what is for

DO NOT BUY FROM SATURN!
I bought an expensive vacuum that had a manufacturing defect, which made it unusable, and returned the product the next day. Instead of replacing it immediately, or offering me refund, Saturn can only send it to the manufacturer which takes 1 month waiting!! DISCRIMINATORY against non-German clients, neither in-store staff, nor online service makes even a tiny effort to help you in English. You are treated like a fool!! Stay away!

An old man from Mobilcom debitel counter was so rude. We were there to buy IPhone 13pro max. First we went to the O2 counter to know the details about phone contract, the O2 employee said we should ask his colleague.

Then we went to the counter of mobilcom debitel where the old man said we cannot have a contract in anywhere in Germany if we don’t speak deutsche. It was really hurtful the way he treated us.

Nice store, helpful personell, HOWEVER i had an issue 3 months later with the phone, i have tried to email and call Saturn without any help so i will now reduce my rating to one star until this is resolved. (except for that everything was fine and clean, but lets hope you will not have any problems with the stuff bought here)
