Nice atmosphere, many menu options. Lightly seasoned dishes so they are good for every foodie's taste pallet. Best to sit outside while watching the street vibes. Would definitely come back again. Prices are more than reasonable. Five stars.

I went to try Sao Mai due to good reviews. After checking out the toilets and kitchen, I was surprised how dirty everything is. They could have looked after and cleaned it a bit more.

We ordered mixed hotpot for 2 people. The broth came with pineapple,which I don't eat. I have never seen pineapples in hotpot broth at all.

Although it was supposed to come with beef and tofu, it mainly came with fish, for one of whom doesn't even eat.

When we told them about pineapple, they didn't even care and said there was less.

In general it was very disappointing and I wouldn't trust reviews that much any more.

Good price and delicious food, great fast service.
Huge portions.
Also has english menu.
Surroundings aren’t fabulous but the food makes you forget everything.

Nothing wrong with the food, we liked it. The service was impatient and not very friendly, and then ignored us when we tried to flag them down to add more to our order. One of us got a slightly different variation to what we had ordered but liked it all the same, luckily. It's very cheap though so perhaps this was to be expected.

The food is very delicious! Staffs are very kind.
