Rude customer service, the person on the phone kept shouting.
They cancelled my orders 3 times in 5 days and embarrassed me with my guests.
One order was canceled after 3 hours of waiting, the other order excuse was that the driver was coming after 2 hours and i said ill wait they said no we only do big orders, why does it state that the minimum order is 12€ if they only take big orders?.

I can only confirm the other reviews…
Avoid this place at all cost.
I’ve got really bad food poisoning and salmonella infection after eating the chicken curry.
It’s been a week and I still haven’t recovered and feel sick every day.
Eating here was the worst decision of my life.
I don’t know what they do with their food but I will certainly never eat there again.

You can order at directly at their place. Just open the door and tell them what you want (at the beginning they are not very friendly) after you wait the approx. time they tell you, they will bring you the Food with a smile outside and sometimes even give you some specials :) they are super friendly then. :)
Food is good. If you pick it up by yourself you pay even less! :)

Food is good that is why I have ordered mutiple times But safran has launched their app and experience was worse. Food came after 1 hour 40 minutes. Meantime I tried calling them more than 10 times but no response. I walked to shop personally but did not get expected response.

So only order if you are not very hungry.

I cannot understand why Safran got only 2.5 point. The ordering process went always perfectly nice. The chef deserves an extra full point grade.

I am completely satisfied with the service of Safran.
