Ich hatte letztens die Rippchen und ich bin eher ein Plappermaul und ausserdem, was ist an Rippchen schon dran? Der Teller kam an und dieser Duft, diese Hitze der ofenfrischen Rippchen... ich war wieder einmal sprachlos und betört vom Geschmack und ich blieb wortkarg, bis der letzte Bissen gegessen war...

Das eine Mal die Leber nach berliner Art. Ich liebe Leber und bin eher mäkelig, wenn nicht gut gemacht - hier wünscht man, man würde nicht satt werden und könnte immer noch eine Portion mehr bestellen.

Letztes Weihnachten gab es Entenkeule und da schon genoss ich still diese Gaumenfreude.

Wenn wirklich fein und gut essen geplant ist, dann zu Lenders!
