After reading these reviews and after a bad experience in a different hostel in Amsterdam, I decided to cancel my booking with this property and guess what... they are not answering to any of my messages. they have no intention to refund me. They took the whole amount even though I didn't stay there not even one night.
I would strongly recommend you to avoid booking with any hostels who has a non-refundable policy because that is a prove of the fact that they are not even close to be decent and that people will cancel.
And for whoever is going to Berlin, check out BerlinOne80, it's a great hostel, highly recommended.

I wonderful quality service with a cheap price quiet place laundry ,Internet ,shower ,Small kitchen,Coffee machine ,soda,
magazine nearby food station Secured area with a small station COVID-19 test 300 m away from the house
Transportation bus metro station is five minutes away shopping area 800 m away

Our stay from 27.-28.10.2019 we have booked via phone - so there is no chance to rate this hostel on booking dot com. We stayed for one night and it was horrible. Although our booking had been confirmed, there was just one free double bunk bed in a 8-shared-room we had to share. Nevertheless, the reception insisted that we have to pay for 2 beds!! The shower was tiny, dirty and had a wet floor. There was no welcoming space for eating a modest dinner. Our room-mates went out early (somewhere 04:00), were loud and left the door open. The worst experience I ever had so far. Fortunately the flight into our vacation followed on this.

I warn you against booking room at this hostel. It’s stinky, dirty, and the owner is dishonest primarily. You should never pay installment before you see what are you dealing with. Bedclothes is taken from dogs throat. Stains on the floor, it’s scary to think of what they are. Definitely better option will be sleeping in your car or no matter where, just not in hostel premium

Bad service, don't stay here.

The Owner is a disrespectful, dishonest kid and what is advertised is not true. I arrived very hot and the owner, disdaining, did not turn on the air conditioning and even so, too small for the space. He didn't want to return or money and simply ordered me to get my motorcycle out of the parking lot without waiting for a spot on the street. Inhuman, stupid, impolite and above all, dishonest!

Do not stay here!

The worse hostel ever:
1. There's NO kitchen
2. The whole place has a horrible smell
3. The shower cannot be locked and the door is in *glass*
4. They don't offer any kind of breakfast to buy
5. The Matress is too uncomfortable, you can feel the wires and the bed structure underneath your body
6. There's no "common place" to chill, like a leaving room or anything,basically you'll get just your bed
7. The lockers can be easily opened and the stuff can be easily taken out
8. There's people living downstairs that smoke all the time

Basically, there's nothing premium neither at least a tiny bit comfortable about this place. It's not worth the price (even for how cheap it is).
