Plzeň (beer) was almost without bubbles, like if the tank wasn't cooled. If you really wan't to try Czech beer, I'd rather get it from a 24/7 or a supermarket. We had a traditional meal, svíčková, the meat was extremely dry and smaller than a adult's fist. I only got served 3 bread dumplings, like a portion for a child. Overpriced beer and food. As a Czech person, who was living in Berlin I can't recommend this restaurant.

The former Stalin-Allee is a incredible city avenue, one of the biggest in Europe and it's an amazing place for walking, meet your friends and have a great evening in one of the dozens of restaurants along the street. The restaurant Prager Hopfenstube is one of the oldest and has a long tradition in czech cuisine. You can get very typical meals from Czech Rep. and ... most important
... the real good beer from Prague. The prices are moderate and not too high, you get a full meal for less than 20 bucks! But the most amazing thing ... you can sit ouside in a small beergarden and watch all the most busy running ladies with their yapping and panting dogs and lovers! Enjoy your after-work-beer ... Cheers!

I am surprised about two things: 1) Karl-Marx-Allee is a great street for strolling and cycling but, unfortunately, the food and café options are rather weak... ????????u200d♂️????
2) This place has quite a good rating on most platforms but I honestly don‘t know why... ????

Enjoy a beer and use this place as a beer garden but if your looking for a culinary experience that would not be my first recommendation... ????????

Was here more than 5 times. A nice Restaurant serves good food with reasonable price. Just the restaurant is always full and waiters are always very busy, you may need to stand and wait for a long time to get a free table.
