I would not recommend the hotel. The room, in my opinion, was overpriced for what it looked and felt like. We only needed place to stay for a short time so we were OK. First of all the guy on reception was not nice, maybe even shamming. Secondly the room was tiny, bed was wobbly and after its lifespan - seemed like put together from three or more different pieces. At least the room did not feel dirty and other things were OK.

The good thing is location, there are good public transport connections, nice park with cafe nearby, supermarket and some nice places to eat also.

Very old and lack proper maintenance. I wish I could give zero. If your are planing to go to Berlin and this hotel is the only option, better don't go t Berlin. It is way too expensive and doesn't wort at all.

The door was opened but there was no receptionist but a paper that says "I'll be right back". We waited for hours until police came and told us that we should find somewhere else. Never book a room here or else you might also waste your time. If we stayed there, we would probably get sick because the place was so dirty.

Don’t go here if you actually want a place to stay! After being told the hotel would be open for us to check in, and with their FAQs claiming they had a 24h check-in, it was closed when we arrived. A note on the door told us to call a number, which didn’t answer at all. When we finally got through to them the next day, they sent us a rude message in response. Really bad experience that lead to me and my partner being stranded at night in Berlin.

Me and my friend from Ukraine made a reservation in this "hotel". On reception there was not polite man, who said that he dont have any room for us. I told him that we made a reservation. He said he dont care and he cannot help us. Sereously? 21 century, in Germany we still have such "service"?
The booking was not refundable. So i asked how we will solve this problem? He created the problem and he must solve it. At least do not charge money for this booking from us. Instead of it he keep repeat that he has no place in his hotel and lyed to us that he didnt received any booking from us.
We tryed to cancell booking and asked not to charge us fine. The men on reception wasn't care and he didnt even cancelled our booking.
Seems the man receives non refundable reservations, where money charged from people's card and when peoole coming he said he has no place and he cannot help! So money comes to him! Pls be aware of this scammer! Dont stay there! If they charge any money from my card im gonna go to Police. Its descrimination of UKRAINIAN people and scam. Im gonna write everywhere about tis situation and warn all People.
When we tryed to look for other place to stay he asked us to leave. Honestly when i seen him and his woman, who are also work in the hotel I wouldnt trust my stay with them. They look like criminals and i dont think People who staying there are safe. I never seen such "service" in my life.

Disgusting hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was closed and actually looked abandoned. There was a piece of paper stuck to the front door with a phone number for the guests to call. However, nobody picked up the phone, even though we've called several times from 2 phone numbers. A bit later, several more guests have arrived and experienced the same issue. One of them managed to get through and received an answer: "hotel is closed, we cannot help you, bye". Furthermore, we have opted for a non-reimbursable booking, so now we have to contact support on booking.com and waste a lot of time. This hotel is just a bunch of scammers that do not know how to treat their guests right. Definitely cannot recommend this hotel, even though the location seems decent.
