First of all, the user experience of the order process on the website has issues. When you browse burgers, you have an option to order a "burger x2". This is giving the wrong impression of 2 burgers to be ordered, instead you receive just a double meat cutlet. I expected two burgers.

Second of all, the food. It's just not good. The fries are empty inside, hard like wood and taste like cardboard. Burger meat cutlets dry, juiciness is lacking there, and some extra sauce for the double burger as well.

Was ist mit diesem Pizza-Max-Standort passiert?! Früher habe ich hier gerne bestellt und war immer sehr zufrieden, aber seit einer Weile lässt es immer mehr nach. Heute war definitiv mein letztes Mal. Falsche Pizza, falsches Getränk, falscher Dip. Das Burger- Menü war das Richtige, allerdings waren die Pommes lappig und lauwarm und der Burger war nur halb belegt. Ans Telefon im Laden geht niemand. Nachdem ich dann den Chef übers Impressum kontaktiert habe schickte dieser mir widerwillig die richtige Pizza, wenngleich auch diese früher anders aussah. Nichts gegen Preiserhöhungen, aber wenn sich zeitgleich die Qualität halbiert ist das schon traurig. Eine kleine Entschuldigung statt der Pöbelei am Telefon wäre auch netter gewesen...Und Tschüss!

Heute hatte ich richtig Lust auf ein leckeres Pizzaprodukt der Klasse Salami Deluxe Maxi(32 cm), mit Käserand und TunkTunk. Leider wurde ich mal wieder von dem Laden enttäuscht und werde dort auch nicht mehr bestellen! Weder Käserand, noch TunkTunk waren aufzufinden.
Es ist keine Schande mal etwas zu vergessen, aber dies ist zum wiederholten Mal vorgekommen. Wenn man dann das Telefon nicht einmal bedient, wenn ich(als Kunde) oder eine Essensplattform mit orangenem Hintergrund als Support versucht das Essen zu reklamieren, dann fällt mir dazu nicht mehr ein, als ,,Ver******“! Bezahlen darf ich immer :)
