I must admit I wasn’t expecting much from this… but oh boy was I wrong!
It’s a smaller exhibition surrounding the panorama. But obviously the panorama is the main event!
After walking up the five floors you reach a viewing platform where you see the view as being on the Pergamon!!
It’s truly nice ????
The details are amazing with shifting lights and directed sounds to enhance the experience!

Honestly, I went there with low expectations, but I couldn't be more wrong. The place doesn't tire you at all, you will learn some interesting information, the atmosphere is great, and all in all you will enjoy about 2 hours there.

The panorama itself is very aesthetically pleasing and well made. Probably it's not easy to understand how good it is from the photos here.

Fantastic Museum while the old Pergamon museum normally displaying the pieces is closed (until 2025 I have been told).
Great display with an interesting concept where can climb the stairs for 4 (or 5 levels) to see the Coppola of the building with scenes from the old days in Pergamon.
The audio guide is included in the entrance fee and very worth it, many interesting facts.
Videos and panoramic photos are not allowed, regular photos yes.
Plan for 2 hours!

A surreal, larger than life experience!

This was the first immersive museum I‘ve been to. It showed us how life could have been like in the ancient city of Pergamon. The exhibit uses sound effects together with a clever change of lights simulating day and night to highlight every section of the Panorama Painting. Wherever you turn something different was happening, from celebrations, to slaughterings, to courtships. It was like taking a peak into a place and time we could only ever imagine.

My first time to be amazed since I moved in Berlin.
All the panorama touched my soul and it was really overwhelming to witness that much of history with such a great art and with that PERFECTION.
you can set and enjoy the music with the view and also you can get an audio guide with you language.
