The hostel is in a good location close to a metro stop and is good value for money. The staff was friendly, too. Some things that could be made better:
- We booked a double bed private en suite, but instead got two single beds in the room.
- The only free plug points were behind one of the beds, so we had to move the bed a little.
- There was no floor mattress in the bathroom to clean your wet feet, so we had to use one of the towels for this purpose.

All in all, it is a decent hostel.

Very nice staff, especially Vahap. Feels very safe and cheerful. Wouldn’t book a cheap hotel if you can also stay here! Price is not the cheapest in the hostel category but that’s just Berlin for you, you also get a clean room and decent utilities for it in return. I’m very sensitive to sound and prone to anxiety and I slept very soundly, which was due to the calm and safe feel and earplugs they provide from a machine downstairs. Would recommend.

I liked to be there. The location is very good, it was so easy to get this hostel from the airport by metro without changing, and the wall, or the restaurant/ party area is available easily by walk. Alexanderplatz, museums, Brandenburg gate are also very easy by metro from here. I had breakfast there every day, and I'm vegetarian, and it's very important for me I had good option to eat. I loved the mozzarella u0026tomato salad, and unfortunately they don't have fruits every day, but I was happy when I saw it. Once for lunch I ate lasagna in the restaurant next to the hostel (or is it part of the hostel, I guess?...) , and it was really delicious. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. If you have problem
in the room (the soap became empty...), they are ready to help anytime.The room was clean. In the hostel there is a nice, but small garden, and I saw squirrel there, it was so cute.
My only negative experience here is the wifi not always works.
If I need a place to stay again in Berlin , I will return.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a cheap stay in a great location - the hostel is up the road from the train station connecting it to the airport, a minute away from the U Bahn, and 5 mins walk from the very nice and popular Friedrichshain area.

I was in a shared dorm, and the room was always clean (as was the bed linen, most importantly) and it was a large room with plenty of space. Overall, a safe atmosphere in a convenient location and good pricing.

First of all, staff were awsome. Special thanks to Vehap, Mohsen and Murat. It is in a distance of 4 min walking from U-bahn and 15 min walk to Alexanderplatz. Offering a luggage room to be able to keep ur luggage before check-in and after check-out (for free) is a big advantage. There is a kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. there is a cozy and cute backyard which is perfect to having a coffee and chilling. The room was spacious and clean. Rooms and bathrooms are getting cleaned on a daily base despite how many people are leaving or staying for the next days. Beds was comfy enough. Breakfast good enough for the price. All in all, exceptional offer for the price.

The rooms are clean and cosy, I’ve loved my stay here at Pegasus and the staff are awesome especially the manager is friendly and great. It’s the staff that made my stay at Pegasus as amazing as possible. Thank you. - Adam
