The room was clean and nice, but warm and no AC. They do not have a breakfast rum but they provide coffee and hot chockade powder in the rum...
Unfortunately our rum had windows towards a big avenue and it was too noisy when the windows were open.

Even though my German is limited, I was made to feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice large bath. If you come in summer, be mindful that Berlin gets very warm and this place has no aircon. It does have a fan though and this is more than fine to get through the night.

You are right next to a bus stop that will take you to Marzhan Station and a tram line that will take you almost anywhere, even into the city center if you get the right one. So it will be noisy but still this place is great just for the value you save over booking with a more branded hotel or one in the center itself.

Very close to tram stop (goes to S Bahn stop for centre of Berlin). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and hotel well looked after. Quite location and great stay.

A classic hotel with big rooms, clean facilities, lovely and helpful receptionists and a great location. The tram stops in front of the hotel and goes directly to alexanderplatz.

The hotel is okay, it's well located with a tram station ans a bus station next to it. But it's quite noisy because there's all nicht long traffic and a hospital not too far away. The rooms are quite nice and large with a nice clean and large bathroom. Didn't have breakfast so I'm not sure if it's recommandable. If you want to go to the citycentre you should give yourself an hour to reach your destination. Correction: out of four nights it was only one night noisy, the other nights I Had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Très mauvais service client. Nous sommes arrivés vendredi 18.05.18 et la porte était fermée, lumières éteintes. Il n'y a même pas de numéro de téléphone de piquet. Sur la confirmation de réservation reçue par E-mail, il n'est pas mentionné que cet hôtel ferme après une certaine heure. Résultat, 5 personnes ont attendu dehors au froid en pleine nuit durant 2 heures avant de finalement pouvoir trouver un autre hôtel avec une chambre de libre. Le lendemain, l'hôtel n'a pas voulu prendre ses responsabilités. La personne que nous avons eue au téléphone était arrogante et antipathique. Même si cet hôtel est bien situé et affiche des prix bas, passez votre chemin.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Wir kamen am Freitag den 18.05.18 an und die Tür war geschlossen, Lichter aus. Es gibt keine Anrufbeantworter-Nummer. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung eMail l wird nicht erwähnt, dass dieses Hotel nach einer bestimmten Zeit schließt. Als Ergebnis warteten 5 Personen mitten in der Nacht 2 Stunden draußen in der Kälte, bis wir schließlich ein anderes Hotel mit einem freien Zimmer fanden. Am nächsten Tag wollte das Hotel keine Verantwortung übernehmen. Die Person, die wir am Telefon hatten, war arrogant und unfreundlich. Obwohl dieses Hotel gut gelegen ist und niedrige Preise hat, gehen Sie Ihren Weg.

Very bad customer service. We arrived on Friday 18.05.18 and the door was closed, lights off. There is no nightshift service number. On the booking confirmation we received by E-mail, it is not mentioned that this hotel closes after a certain time. So, 5 people waited outside in cold weather in the middle of the night during 2 hours before finally being able to find another hotel with a free room. The day after, the hotel didn't recognized his responsibility. The one we got on the phone was arrogant and unfriendly. Even though this hotel is well located and has low prices, go your way.
