So much stuff closed in this space... There used to be Venezia Eis Cafe with a very handsome German man running the place ... The funny fruit stand in front of Real... All those weirdo restaurants on the 2nd floor. I went to Rossmann here on a Saturday morning early and it was really eerie. Maybe we can turn the place into a giant garden?

I used to live down the street from Park Center and did 90% of my shopping there. I know the pandemic was super hard on everyone, but it's it's super surprising to see the mall half empty now. Every time I go to shop, another store is missing. I would sometimes get off at Treptower Park for the McDonald's because the Park Center employees were nicer than at the Ostkreuz McDonald's. Walking in to find it closed and dark was a surprise. We all think they're gonna tear the place down for roads. It's genuinely a bit sad that Park Center had such a short life. I guess that whole area down Elsenstrasse is changing. The whole neighborhood is changing. Sadly, Park Center hasn't changed for the better.

It used to be a great mini mall in the neighborhood. Now it looks like a ghost town and the few stores left keep closing. Feels like in one year there will be nothing left. Maybe park center is asking the same rent as pre pandemy, even when stores were never able to get it over. Shame

The mall itself is nothing special. It was like that before the pandemic and it definitely did not get better during it. A couple of stores there that are useful: the supermarket real, a flower shop, McDonald's, Sparkasse and the post office. The latter is usually packed and you will need to wait in line

For German standards, big. Wide variety of merchandise including fresh produce and meat. Not much choice for upscale products. Convenient, free-of-charge parking.

It used to be a collective center, now PostBank left, McDonald's as well!
