The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location. It is within walking distance from bus and metro stops.
The day when I arrived (2pm, 30/04/2022) I asked the gentleman at the reception (grey hair, middle aged) if I could check in. He was very rude, educative and told me off for asking and if I knew that the housekeepers needed more time to clean the rooms. I felt completely shocked by the manner and I wish he had worn a name badge. Then I asked if I could leave my luggage somewhere, he simply pointed at a door without saying a single word. During the following few days he has never said hi and honestly we always felt frustrated when we saw that he was there.
A few hours later we checked in. There was hair in the bathroom. Pieces of a beard were left in the sink and around it. It was disgusting. Clearly nobody wiped it after shaving.
We are not picky with accommodations and we only went for a few days but next time we will book a hostel instead. We could have probably found nicer staff and cleaner rooms.

The location of the hotel was awesome. There’s a bus stop right in front of it, and it’s at a prime location. The hotel room was okay, but I had a few issues with the room. The air condition doesn’t work, which was really annoying and difficult for me to understand why a hotel would not have a functioning air conditioning.
The landline in the room also was not there so you have to travel downstairs every time you want to reach the hotel staff. That was not good at all.
Asides these points, I liked the room and the amenities, but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement, hence my 2 stars.

The most important feature of this hotel is its proximity to two bus stops and a metro station, in addition to a large number of restaurants and cafes that serve delicious food.
The hotel is good, clean and the room we stayed in was spacious

Great location but we did not want to spend a minute more here. Our room furniture was run down and we felt very uncomfortable. Very basic equipment like TV. Outside it was horribly loud but closing the windows meant no fresh air all night long...

WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They charged me 30 euro after checking out, which is absolutely unacceptable. They do not communicate via phone, they do not even have valid email address. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECCOMEND. Do not provide them your credit card information.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.
They have an overpriced parking (13€ per night) and an overpriced breakfast (11.50€ for what they offer is too much).
The staff wasn't very helpful and friendly.
Our room was big, but so empty. The furniture was old, and it seemed that the last renovation of the room was a long time ago. There was no normal lighting in the room, just two small dim table lamps. The bathroom was extremely dirty - mold everywhere (see photos)! We asked to clean it, they really tried, but it was still far from good afterwards. Unfortunately, it was too late to change the hotel for us, so we had to stay there. But for our next time in Berlin - no, definitely never again!

We booked this hotel through booking.com, (the photos there are really misleading) and I can say that it was one of the worst experiences we had with a hotel ever, and we checked out after a couple of hours.
The hotel is not in the best spot in the town, but surely this can be skipped sometimes.
But the rooms are a real disappointment.
They are coming from 70's, and they are full of problems. The door in the bathroom was not closing firmly; they were signs of uninstalled equipment on the walls that they were not covered or even fixed, the carpet in the corridors and the room was very dirty, the desk was in a filthy condition, the headspace in bed was really dirty and there was a strange smell all over the hotel.
One of the desks next to the bed was covered with a sticky liquid-God knows since when it was not cleaned.
