We stayed here 5 days and had a lovely time! The room was very clean, we stayed at the back of the hotel, which was nice and quiet. The service was outstanding (bags where already placed in the room for us). Friendly staff, very helpful and every morning we were greeted with a smile! Great breakfast (gluten-free bread and dairy free options available!). We would definitely stay here again! ????

Although not in the city center, the hotel is within easy access near public transport. The breakfast is really great. They serve various dishes at the table which are excellent and generous portions. A minus is their foray of drenching some dishes with a mustard mayonnaise sauce.
At the top floor there is a nice sauna and a terass.

I reserved a parking place in advance, but when I arrived there was no parking space available.
The breakfast is not a buffet, you have to order dishes from a menu. I prefer a breakfast buffet, because it reduces waiting time. Furthermore, breakfast starts only at 7AM which is not ideal for travelling business men.
Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. The personnel is friendly and the rooms are clean and look nice.

It was excellent because the hotel is not only situated in a quieter area of Berlin still with public transport close by but also the hotel staff is friendly, clear and not in your face. They all, from cleaning staff till waiting staff, know when to approach and when to stay away. Very professional. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but when I mentioned this they already had noticed and arranged for technicians to come in to deal with this problem. I’m sure when I stay next, which is often for a week, they will have sorted this out as it is definitely nowadays a must to have a fast and reliable internet connection.

They are fast in terms of your request. Quiality breakfast.lovely room. Sauna is the highlight of this hotel. Staff is quite ok, not very hospitable but it's fine. You will feel that they are not genuine, I have spoken to 3 reception. Waiters are quite good at their job

Lovely hotel but getting a bit expensive...

This is the only hotel around (I live here and use it for visiting guests) - residential typical east berlin neighborhood, connected by trams, not very lively. But nice and authentic. Sad that the second building isn‘t available anymore - and it‘s unfortunately getting more expensive each year. With tax, breakfast, ends up being a lot more than advertised. The regular rooms are way too small for 2 people....but it‘s quiet, decent, and the only hotel around so not much choice. Great breakfast though!!
