The Hostel itself was fine - the rooms and washrooms were very clean, the beds were okay and the booking was easy.
The only negative thing is that it's really far off and you need to take the train for 30-50min to get to the center of Berlin. But the train/bus connections are quite good, also during night.

I highly recommend anyone who moves into this hostel to check the box with dishes which they give for a deposit. I returned my box with all of the dishes that were inside originally, but they told me that one cup is missing (which I 100% did not even take out of the box). This seems to be very staged because they also showed 0 effort to help me figure out where could it be. And they made me pay 2€ extra for that, not much but still I feel like a loser. So please ask them in advance how many dishes are in the box and ask them to count them in front of you.

Below average at best, we still had to fill out a written form although we booked online and they already had our data but still the check in process was fast. Twin room was okay but our window was broken so it didn’t open all the way. Main problem was that there was no house rules, so we had guests who were extremely loud late at night blasting music and partying outside on a Sunday evening…
All in all I wouldn’t recommend this for 50€ a night, pay a bit more and buy peace of mind and a good night’s sleep.

It was a mistake booking here!
-Reception is only available 6-21 or something like that, check in only after 3 which seems late.
-Theres no central cooling in the rooms. It was like staying in an oven even with the window wide open.
-Bathrooms don't have soap (even handsoap!) or towels to dry your hands. One tiny trashcan, in a women's bathroom!
-You have to pay a deposit to rent cookware, towels, etc. 50 euros to use a spoon?! Surprised I didn't have to pay a deposit for the bed sheets! 4 euros for a load of laundry too????u200d????
-The location is essentially not in Berlin. Doing anything in the city becomes a day long affair since it takes over an hour to get into any of the main districts. It's exhausting. The public transport at night was also unreliable.
It's not worth it to stay here, it's inconvenient for too many reasons. The staff was pleasant, but that's really the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

The room was okay. The beds were noisy and not really comfortable. In our room there were 2 men who went to work early (4:30/5:00) and made much noise while waking up. There was no youth in this hostel, only old people.
Overall avoid this hostel especially if you are on holiday. The hostel is way too far form the centre and there is nothing to do.

Never again!
Most horrible experience ever.
We stayed for 2 days and there were no towels at reception, hence couldn’t shower at all!
The toilet was terribly unclean. The cleaning is done once a day and According to the Reinigungsübersicht the toilet wasn’t cleaned since 2 days.

*Not a place for people with Arachnophobia!!*

The room was dirty and stinky, mattress was dirty, we are not sure if they clean the bedsheets after every stay!

our journey began at night. We arrived at an empty reception, accompanied by a group of Polish men that were also waiting for someone to show up. I literally never ever saw a hostel without 24h reception before, but that was the case here. If it wasn't for an incredibly kind individual that unlocked a room for us we probably would've had to sleep outside.
sadly my experience doesn't get much better from here. The room is very depressing, horrible quality beds and bedsheets, no trashcan no nothing
the women's bathroom is locked, which probably is good considering the types of people I saw at this establishment, however we didn't have a key card, so that's cool.
From what I've been told the men's bathroom is very gross, bodily fluids on the floor etc.

2 stars because of the nice dude that helped us and bc it was cheap I guess lol
