You cannot pay with card, even if you want to buy the 10er card for 50€.. not even online , this is a bit strange considering it is an official gym. I was even told to pay directly there with card so I packed everything and I had to leave again after arrival. A big waste, wouldn’t go again

If you want to be complaining instead of training, this is your place. Dirty and messy gym. If you need elements for machines, you have to go to the front desk and give them something as a guarantee to take it because women still them (lack of security + waste of time). And the woman assisting the gym… WAW, everything is a problem, aggressive and intolerant people, wasting the time for those who really wants to train (‘cause that’s what gyms are for ladies!!) MyShape, if you would charge them for EVERY COMPLAIN, you would be millionaire!! DISGUSTING place and people!

Ok I checked other gyms and this one suits me best. I like the pink interior and I like coaches/most of team trainings. And I actually like that it's only for women. What I miss is hair dryers here, so I wouldn't have to carry my own (not everybody has a car so it's sometimes heavy).

What really annoys me is that very often courses are canceled. I come especially for a team training like today and it's canceled..

UPDATE 13/3/19: This gym is a nightmare and a complete scam. I sent an email asking to cancel my membership because I'm leaving Germany, along with an attachment of my Abmeldung. They *didn't respond for 12 days,* then asked me for a formal letter with a signature. I sent this over and was shocked to see they had waited this long so they could ask for another month's fees.

I wish I paid more attention to the reviews before signing up for this gym. It's true. Management and customer service is extremely poor. The gym itself is also average (limited equipment).

Wish I didn't have to come here anymore, but now I WILL because they've locked me into a new 12-month contract with zero notice. There is no way out. Like I said, this place sucks. See you soon, MyShape!

The Music is not only bad but way too loud. It's the first time of my life that I have to leave a course before the end. This gym, should mesure the level of the music they put it's louder than a nightclub. I have been to body attack, it was a real nightmare, very bad and loud music and the teacher screaming on a microphone. O don't know why they are doing this, I talk to many members and they all agreed. I could hear this silly noise from the sauna and even when I went to aldi next door!

Lovely staf. The Studio is modern and clean and has everything one needs for training.
