After waiting almost 2 month for a place for training at MTM I have to say it was absolutely worth the wait! My trainer Tom is such a great character and takes care of my fitness and strength so well! Every 4-5 weeks you get a new individual plan for your training and a check up on your progress and overall goal. Tom takes also great care on all my pain points and I feel so much healthier and fitter since I started training with him! The atmosphere in the studio is calm and the audience is very pleasant without the typical "bodybuilder" kinda guys that I do not miss at all. Everyone is very focused on the training and it feels like a place where you are in the best hands!

Shortly after my move to Berlin I started researching personal trainers and came across MTM. Almost 3 months in and I am already seeing big changes in - not only my physical appearance but also - food habits and overall happiness level (who doesn't want to be happier?!).

Working out with my trainer Micky every week gives me a sense of progression and a good routine (I have to say, it's very satisfying to be able to claim "I workout 3 times a week" and actually mean it). Training with him has not only been about learning how to perform my exercises in a correct way, but to also get coaching in adopting good food habits (the food part is very valuable to me, and with previous other personal trainers they leave this important part out)!

Micky also pushes me in different ways - to learn, and to become stronger (by increasing the weights all the time - if it was only me there I would be too scared to push to these weight levels on my own). We also experiment a lot to see what works, and what doesn't! And they track EVERYTHING, to see how I improve over time, and I mean, if this isn't personalised training I don't know what is!

The team at MTM helped me realize my fitness goals in the 3 months I lived in Berlin. Their data-driven approach, bespoke 1:1 training/nutrition plans and overall subject matter expertise of all things fitness allowed me to Make The Most of my training sessions. I trained with Tom who was great at ensuring my form was in tiptop shape when doing the exercises -- I felt supported and knew I could trust him to spot me as we increased weights. He also regularly explained how different foods affected my performance, and pushed me to work harder daily!

Lastly, the community at MTM is one of THE best communities I've ever been a part of because of its diversity and overall great quality of people. I never felt like I was being judged or out of place like in most NYC/American gyms.

If you're looking to transform your body and soul, I would look no further because you've found the right people to help you on your journey! You might even leave with a couple of lifelong friends like I did ;)

MTM goes above and beyond one-to-one personal training. By approaching all sides of fitness, my incredible coach Micky created not just an effective and result-oriented workout plan but also a clear personalized complete nutrition plan. Most importantly, MTM is able to do this in a manner that is both motivating and sustainable. In the past I have had trouble sticking to a workout plan, or grown tired of the gym and lost interest. Micky provides a constantly evolving training that is completely tailored to my goals, allowing fitness, nutrition and overall health to create results that keep me motivated, having fun, and most importantly- coming back for more! I am so grateful to have found Micky and the entire MTM team, and for their commitment to result-driven personalized fitness.

MTM is by far the best gym I've ever trained at. Not only did I lose 4% body fat in two months, but I also gained so much confidence in myself through my strength training routine. The coaches at MTM are amazing and they really care about you as a person. Whatever your goals for training are for training, the coaches at MTM will help you achieve them. What helped me the most about training at MTM was having people who truly believed in me and always held me accountable; no matter how I was feeling when I showed up to train the coaches at MTM always pushed me to my limits and helped me "make the most" of my time there.

What an experience! The guys at MTM (Max, Tom, Malte) really put their heart into establishing their own gym after years of personal training experience. Their love for fitness and health is present throughout every aspect of this high quality training environment.
I specifically enjoy the purely individual assessment, workout design and close guidance!
I’ve worked out in about 20 gyms across 3 continents and none of them compares to MTM, hands down.
If you want to just get fit, correct your posture or bulk up, this is where your journey starts and ends!!!
