Not sure if there has been a change of management (reading some other reviews), but the service was absolutely impeccable. All the staff were super proactive when it came to our requests, often going above and beyond what we originally requested. On top of that the rooms are great value for the price and everything was extremely clean, with the cleaning service coming through every day. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower.

As for the service, we had two separate bookings, so we had to check in and out to change rooms during our stay. Without us even asking, they suggested that we get an hour longer to check out. Also we could just pick up the new keys, move all our belongings to the next room, and then return the old keys. We were moved to a room with separate beds because we booked through an external party. But after one night in separate beds, we asked if it was possible to move into a different room and we were moved without any extra costs to a new room with a joint bed. We lost two keys over our stay and they were returned no questions asked, without paying. All in all incredible service.

Had a good stay here. Single room was basic, only one power plug and some furniture was dated/in need of maintenance etc. but room was clean and bathroom fairly newly renovated. Location pretty convenient for public transport - felt okay as a solo woman in daytime. Free WiFi wasn't the fastest but could still stream YouTube etc. if willing to wait a little while for buffering and could have paid for upgrade if needed.

I have stayed in motel plus a few times and my experience was always pleasant - the service was professional and kind, the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The breakfasts were always tasty and the variety if food was quite wide, so everyone could find something for himself or herself. If i travel to Berlin again I am sure I will book a room here again.

- The room is very small, same as the bed.
- It is very noisy during midnight. Cars, loud talking ppl, and music beats. If you ask for earplugs from the reception, they’ll give you an unsealed earplugs and charge for that.
- I’ve stayed for only one night and the next morning my room was opened by cleaning staff at the time before 10am. That was really shocking as I was still sleeping. Checked with reception and they just have no idea why would this happen.
- In the early morning you’ll hear lots of slamming door sounds. Not sure if that’s by the house keeping or other tenants. You can just hear everything from your own room.

I just don’t think it worth 120€ for a one night stay like this.

It was good. It has a private parking which is a plus. The location was difficult to locate even though we were already using a google map. The thing that I did not like which makes me avoid this hotel was not being considerable of some situations which were beyond our control. We were supposed to arrive at 12mn to have enough rest before check out but due to some reason and road traffic, we arrived nearly 4 in the morning. We still checked in as we were so tired and did not have anywhere else to stay. My other half had overslept so I asked kindly if they can give us a bit of time before they clean the room, they refused and still charged us for the overstay.

It's not really in the best part of Berlin. Homeless people near the train stations and you are a good 25 min train ride into the centre of Berlin. Not my idea of a tourist hotel at all.

In the picture you can see the speed of their free Wi-Fi (less than 1 Mbps). Sometimes you can't even use WhatsApp. I did the internet speed test in the lobby, in the room it was even worse.
You can pay 5€/ day for the normal WiFi (8-9 Mbps).
