Hi,
I am new here to write about Momax experience. Now a days I was finding furniture for my new apartment and was visiting so many stores but unfortunately, I didn't find good furniture. Then my friend suggest me to visit Momax. I visited momax schoneweide and met Herr Heldt Ricardo. I found amazing design furniture and also good help from him. He was so nice and guide us for each item and make our shopping so easy.
I would suggest to all to visit the momax for good furniture and other stuff for home and specially advise to meet Herr Heldt Ricardo for good support or help in the store.

Great to have expo shop where I was able to see the products from online in this showroom. Price was better online than in shop, but we saw the quality and tried the sofas before buying. Good quality at affordable prices. Also shop is nice decorated, not too big, staff was courteous.

Worst customer service ever! Furnitures looks fine, but if some part is broken and you need to get spare part - good luck! I met few employees which were kinda nice, rest of them are unpleasant and angry from the beggining, that you have any question. For question "can we discuss in english" answer is "no" and that's it! Highly not-recommended!

They gave us an appointment and we were there at the appointed time. After making us wait for over 20 minutes, told us that we have no appointment with them. What a waste of time.

We ordered a fridge as a part of our kitchen and appliance order and after 6 months of delay for different excuses every 2 weeks, now they said you have to wait another two months or only get your money back. They didn't offer a similar model during this 6 months and they just said we have ordered and we cannot do anything for you.

Still small parts of the kitchen is not done after these 6 months . and a big part finally finished 2 months after promised delivery time.

We bought some things from that store and actually liked going there from time to time. But now we have realized you cannot return your purchase and get your money back, they give you a voucher when you return goods. I understand it is their rule, but was disappointed:(

Terrible experience with support, I bought one sofa and few weeks later it broke, the wood is too weak and it was very expensive sofa (1k euro) , they said to me that the damage was my fault. I definitely don’t recommend it.
