We ordered 2 large Powerfood menu boxes. The drink was missing from one and the side was missing from the other. The restaurant is a 10 minute cycle, however the delivery took over 20 minutes to arrive. The food was cold as a result. We tried to call the restaurant to rectify this but they did not answer. We ordered through the Wolt app- where there does not appear to be a way to review the restaurant in app, or appear to be a way to contact the restaurant via the app either. I added a tip via the app when I ordered, but wish I hadn’t, not the restaurant’s issue, that is more in relation to the app, however, just to be aware when using the Wolt app, it appears to be impossible to contact restaurants on the app. Very disappointed.
