Bin Freitags gegen 16.30 Uhr mit akuten Schmerzen hin und Anfangs hatte ich kein gutes Gefühl wegen der Rezessionen. Aber ich kann nur positives berichten von meinem Besuch.

Mehrere Praxen hatten mich bereits telefonisch abgelehnt da es zu spät sei und sie noch genug zu tun hätten.

Also ab zum Medeco und ich kann mich nur für die wirklich tolle, super schnelle und einfühlsame Behandlung bedanken. Bin heute schon wieder einigermaßen schmerzfrei und kann sogar das Wochenende genießen ohne deren Hilfe sehe das ganz anders aus.

Bin am Sonntag 07.05.2022 zu Hr. Dr. Wasim Ehl-Mahmoud in die Behandlung gekommen da sich wie später Herausgekommen ist mein Kieferoberknochen entzündet hat und ich einen Abszess bekommen habe. Dieser wurde unter Örtlicher Betäubung behandelt und später im Anschluss das Weitere vorgehen besprochen. Ich bin Sehr zufrieden mit der Schnellen und Fachlich kompetenten Hilfe und bleibe auch dort in Behandlung. Ich persönlich kann mich nur bedanken da meine Beschwerden deutlich besser geworden sind und Hr. Dr. Wasim auf mich sehr Fachlich, freundlich und fair gewirkt hat. Vielen dank auch an seine Assistenten die auch einen sehr Sympathischen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Und meine Zahnärztin Frau Möller ist ein wahrer Engel. Und ich weiß wovon ich spreche, ich hatte heute meine dritte Sitzung mit Wurzelbehandlung und allem was dazugehört. Und gerade Leute die vielleicht ein bisschen Bammel vorm Zahnarzt haben (wie meine Frau) sind bei ihr bestens aufgehoben. Denn Sie kennt einige Tricks und Kniffe wie sie es einem angenehmer machen kann - von der Betäubungsspritze bis zum Bohren. Ich empfehle sie aber nicht weiter, sonst kriege ich bald keine Termine mehr. 10 von 5 Punkten

Leider hat man in der Medeco Klinik am Sonntag keine Lust mehr auf Patienten mit leichten Schmerzen durch z.B. abgeplatze Kompositfüllungen. Trotz vorherigem Anruf, ob die Praxis leer oder voll sei, hat man mich aus Frohnau anfahren lassen, um mir dann mit abweisender Haltung von Empfangsdame und Arzt zu erklären, dass meine Schmerzen nicht stark genug sind für eine Behandlung am Sonntag. Sehr wohl gehen Patienten mit starken Schmerzen vor Patienten mit leichten Schmerzen , aber in einer zu diesem Zeitpunkt laut Aussage der Empfangsdame leeren Klinik wäre eine Behandlung möglich gewesen. Sehr schade, da man sicherlich auch dort nicht nur aus Nächstenliebe arbeitet, sondern es sich um ein wirtschaftliches Unternehmen handelt. So kann man heute kein Geld mehr verdienen, es sei denn, man ist schon einfach satt und aus menschlicher Sicht war das dann auch eine Nullnummer......
