They communicated the wrong date to me via email for my monkeypox vaccine and consequently, I missed an opportunity to get a vaccination. Asking if this could be taken into account by those managing vaccinations and to alert me when more spaces were available, I was told to just keep calling back. Reception staff are very friendly.

Living in Germany as a non-german speaker can make access to some services feel scary u0026 uncertain, but I know I can always count on the team here whenever I have any health concerns. The receptionists are always friendly, helpful, and understanding of my needs, and the doctor's make me feel like my concerns are heard, respected, and understood. Whenever I encounter symptoms that worry me, the doctors here will look into every possible cause to make sure this issue is taken care of. I would recommend Praxis City Ost to anyone looking for a GP/Hausarzt in the city

Not someone who would write a review normally. Having had a bad experience once 6yrs ago , I never thought of going to a praxis again but this place changed my perspective for the better. Today had to go without an appointment. Super nice friendly Receptionist to begin with and i was already impressed. A doctor who listened to me patiently. Overall a very nice first Hausarzt experience. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff and doctors taking care of all my needs and questions. Quick responce via email to get an appointment for covid shots. Big thumbs up for this team.

I couldn't be more satisfied with EVERYONE on the staff from the receptionists, the doctors, and the nurses. With outstanding human quality, friendliness, professionalism, and service-driven focus, all of them do their best to provide the best possible service to everyone, including us non-German speakers.

Making the whole difference between giving a good service and providing an exceptional one, they go the extra mile and makes us feel cared, protected, and genuinely heard.

I love my doctor. I adore this praxis. Why? Professionell und trotzdem freundlich! Not only due to the warm atmosphere but it is rare in my opinion, to find working professionals who radiat, "I am here because I want to be".

Getting my ears cleaned. Mother is proud.
