They delivered a totally wrong order. Found out pork in my sandwich after eating almost half of it while I ordered a beef sandwich. I’m still disgusted of this experience. Never again!

After buy 3 Big Vegan burgers to try it I had to go back from my house to the restaurant because inside the vegan box there was a Bacon Cheese Burger. Back at the restaurant they totally disregard the fact I was bad treated.. laughed at the case for quite some time and gave me a new burger with no consideration to it at all. When I said it was disrespectful they kept laughing and they handed me the new hamburger. Worse experience ever. Hope they take it serious from now on.

Good old Mcdonald's. Place is clean and organized staff is friendly and helpful. Because this McDonald's is outside of the center of Berlin it's bigger and has a terrace + play area.

Ordered yesterday chicken nuggets and two caramel Sundays. Was served by the manager himself. He didn't ask if i want the receipt and i didn't pay enough attention to take it. Once i got out of the building and wanted to eat i discovered i had a chicken burger in my bag for some reason. Granted i suspected that my bill was too high but i was in a hurry so i didn't want to ask more questions. Overall its always bad experience every time i go there... Dont recommend to anyone to visit this place ????????????????????????????????????????????

I've heard this mackers was worth visit from a local enthusiastic friend. When I visited they would not add mushrooms to my burger . When I asked for champagne I was also refused. I heard this one the best Macdonalds in Germany but sadly this is not true

The hamburger was delivered vertically. and of course the hamburger crumbled and my dinner crumbled as well.
