A very nice area for walking. All the supermarkets are located close by. And many of them are closing at 9.30pm or 10pm. The lake is good for water activities.

My new dream apartment (rental) is from Maselake park. Its really beautiful and very near by to River, canal and perfectly situated within nature.
I really recommend if you want to have an rental apartment here.
The building is new and you wont regret having an apartment here

I happened to wander there during my stay in Berlin. Calm place, you can lay on the grass and dream if ita sunny.
