Nice atmosphere inside, and quite cosy with friendly bartenders.
The cocktails they make are slightly on the stronger side. One negative would be that there isn't a lot of non-alcoholic options for non drinkers.
People can smoke inside, which I wasn't a fan of. However, seems like the night I was in didn't have too many smokers so it was okay.

So you are a smoker and looking for a place to drink? This is the place for you. And if you are not a smoker and cannot bear ????, then this place may not be for you.
They have decent collection of beers cocktail and hard drinks. Right in the heart of Prenzlauer berg. Could get really crowded at times.
They accept only cash which is a bit disappointing. But don't worry, there is an ATM machine right in front.

We had a cocktail and was really expensive and not good. I will not come back again. And it's allowed to smoke inside. Why? A bit of respect for human health would be appreciated.

Nice ambiance. Feels cozy and welcoming. But for a place that focuses on cocktails...should work on that. Also not a fan of indoor smoking.

The bar has a cozy comfy feel to it. And is decorated nicely. So definitely recommend if you want to have a nice time and converse with someone over a drink.
But the day I was there, the bar tender was borderline rude.

Bless the people who opened this place! After years of living in North America, where smokers are most unchivalrously mistreated by the law and people the street (no joke, people will fake-cough behind you if you smoke in the street), Berlin has become the beacon of lifestyle freedoms!

This bar has no time for those bossy-boots! It is a safe and very welcoming place for smokers to relax, chat, drink a coffee or a highball, without the disgusted expressions of wellness-nuts.

The service is unparalleled and prices reasonable for the neighbourhood. Many bars try to employ the mid-century modern aesthetic, but no place does it as well and with dedication like Marietta. To feel as if you have stepped into the 1950s and '60s is quite rare and this place has exactly that atmosphere.

To the owners, I would like to say please keep up this amazing work, and never change! :)

Julia (Stockholm) is one of a kind.

Berlin bar scene isn't supported by such kind individuals like Julia is.

She's a great bar tender and an astonishing human being.

U like interior design?

She can show you how to make sure your home is individually suited.

However, this bar is my favourite spot in Pberg and I enjoy being there.
