Authentic place with delicious food. It is cheap. They serve you quite fast. The place does not mean to be elegant. It is a bit noisy. It is self service. The food tastes like really homemade. It tastes like real thai food. On sundays they prepare sping roles. The pha thai is in a superior league. I cannot wait to go back.

Pad Thai is really good here! The texture is very juicy and fresh. Service is kinda harsh, but thats just fine. Definitely recommendable!

Mae Charoen has been a favourite of mine since I moved to Berlin several years ago, but after a recent visit to Thailand, my love for it has been renewed!! The flavours and style are SO authentic for such a great price. Compared to the Phad Thai we tried at several famous (even Michelin guide level) Bangkok restaurants, Mae Charoen's recipe holds its own!! Aside from the ingredients tasting a little more authentic and fresher in Thailand, the ladies cooking in Berlin know whats up!! Fast service u0026 excellent value!

I’ve been a regular customer for 5 years but when I got food poisoning they said the duck was always fresh, although it tasted off.

I miss the Thai flavor. Food is ok, not good not bad. I took the 27, lot of fried rice with some vegetables and soja sauce. I was eating Thai food before and this is not taste like that.

So happy I live near here. My favorite pad Thai in Berlin aside from at Thai park (although I’m still trying to figure out which stall is the best there). Cheap, fast, huge portions. What more can you ask for?
