The was selected due to it location being convenient for our planned meetings.
Very smooth check in and check out process using either a dedicated app or website.
The rooms are not build for purpose hotel but a converted apartment building, giving them a unique touch but also sometimes a awkward layout. My room had a small kitchen area with basic appliances provided.
Overall, OK with two facts to mention to reduce the last star.
Shower u0026 sink setup right next to the bad is a no go in my opinion. I was traveling alone which made it acceptable, but still giving you a strange jail cell vibe. Traveling with anyone else gives you 0 privacy. Even a significant other might want to take a shower not in the middle of the room.
Also, light switches layout was dispersed across the whole room. Took me some time to find all of the to switch off.

Always a great location and room here. The lucky ones get a balcony on the front with a view of the tower.

This place offers everything you need,bself catering with a hip twist. Bathroom is part of the bedroom, funny aspect. Everything was clean, decent bed, basic little kitchenette with a good sized fridge. Great location! Only thing I missed was closet space for small clothes and t shirts. There was just space to hang stuff, but I made do, I live out of my trolley just fine anyway.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The interior design is very beautiful, modern but warm. The room is big and well designed, bed is really comfortable, the shower is very good. It is fun to have a kitchen! Above all, and mostly important is that the staff is very nice and helpful! Really the place to stay in Berlin.

On the positive side the room was quiet and spacious. The location was also very good being by a large train station and shopping. The problem was with the service. First, our room was not ready and the front desk person had to make our extra bed (the one shining moment of service). Then we requested a laundry service and they lost our laundry even with all the forms completed and attached to the bag. We ended up getting our still dirty laundry back 36 hours later, just in time to pack it. It took several calls to 3 different people operating the front desk and still had to be stern to get our clothes back. Hotel took no responsibility and said it was their sub contractors fault. They then charged us $30 Euro for late check out, that we needed because we did not have our clothes back!
The hotel also does not do daily room cleaning. I am fine with this and often choose not to have our room cleaned every day. However at this hotel it is the norm and you have to request TO have it cleaned. They were also skimpy on towels, hangers and we even had to ask for the before-mentioned laundry bag. Lastly, the air conditioning was set to turn off after 2 hours of use. I had to get up every night every 2 hours to turn it back on in both our rooms.
I just get the impression the hotel is trying to do whatever it can to cut costs while still trying to portray itself as a 4 star hotel. Not impressed.

Nice room and good service.
Check in/out without problems.

Everything was in near of the hotel.

Restaurants

U can use in Berlin the TIER app for driving around with a scooter.
Good parking is in the alexa garage with the app apcoa flow.

Mostly good experience. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, rooms spacious.

Only issue is the shower, which is just not practical. It opens out into the bedroom, and there's no shower door. Means you end up filling the bedroom with steam. Really weird design choice
