Shortly before the Berlin terminus, on the outskirts of the city, where the wild boars live, there is a villa in the middle of a residential area that was probably owned by the upper classes in the past. Whoever enters this venerable old building feels completely overwhelmed by the feudal history of this house and thus immediately belongs to the upper class. But be careful: You are visually overwhelmed here. There are paintings and posters hanging around and also some that might want to become one. However, a big minus, whoever installed the sound system should do something about the harsh sound

Everybody always raves about the Löwenpalais and it is really nice. Shabby Schick on the inside with a nice garden in the summer. I have been here twice. Once for a fundraising event and once for a wedding. It was nice. With that said, I don't see what the hype is all about. It's a nice location but nothing spectacular.

Really nice place, an old mansion that can be rented for Partys and such. Easy to access with the bus, just a few minutes from Kurfürstendamm.

The outside area is a good size, there is a small Patio in the front and back. Steps everywhere though, so people with difficulties walking will find access to the house a bit of a challenge.

Large rooms with very nice old flooring and high ceilings. Only one room was furnished when we were there, I assume that they offer further furnishing if necessary.
