Impeccable clean and spacious room, with a beautiful view. Central yet quiet, the staff all very nice and we loved the detail of the drinks. The hotel is very well maintained, and one of the best 4 stars I stayed. We highly recommend!

Nice spacious bathroom and room. I had a full size bath not those small European showers. My room was spacious that overlooks the park and next to the tube. Walking distance to good restaurants along the river, they tend to close early.

Spacious and smart room. Air con was the only reason not to award 5 stars here - had to leave window open to keep cool which meant more traffic noise. This hotel is ideally located next to U2 Station and within easy walking distance of the Insel.

Fantastic hotel that is very central to major attractions in Berlin. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and the free water and beer every day is such a nice touch.
I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who comes to Berlin!

The hotel cancelled our booking less than 2 weeks before the visit. Checked online and found the same room relisted with a ~50% price increase.

Left us with very little time to find a new hotel. Ended up out of pocket and had to stay in a worse location thanks to their greed and lack of consideration for guests.

Strongly advise against booking here if you value a stress free trip.

Great one month stay here! Cleaning occurs once a week (either every Thursday or Friday). They have a sauna, exercise room + yoga mats. Inside the room is very spacious and the kitchen has many supplies. I do wish the pans came with a lid as the oil stank up the room sometimes. We lived in the corner room of the hotel on the first floor and although people could probably see inside our window, it never felt like you were a fish inside a bowl--plus you can just close the curtains!
The hotel is right outside one of the bus stations and walking to the main city center is about 5-10 minutes. You can also use one of the scooter apps (Lime, Uber, Voi, Bird, etc) to get around faster.

Terrible place. When you order twin beds, know that they're not separated at all !! The rooms have very poor furniture and super small and tight beds that are only suitable for a 9 years old child -or younger-. The air conditioning in the pictures is a lie, we had a dirty fan in our room in addition to the old and damaged sofa. There was no wifi connection at all. Eventually, I got my monry back and left to another hotel after wasting my time and effort. For the same amount or less, you can stay in a decent hotel that has an international standards instead of the poor ones here.
