my friends and i got a private room and it was perfect. the location was awesome, the area had the best cafes and bars in berlin. the room was really clean and we each got a double bed. would definitely stay here again

Pretty grim place and definitely cast a shadow over our whole trip. Staff pretty miserable, rooms did not appear to get cleaned the whole time we were there. WiFi didn't work in our room and not enough wall sockets for people to all charge their phones overnight - mine was unplugged by some random man in the night while I was asleep. Bathrooms smelled bad and mould in the showers which also had terrible water pressure. Not the fault of the place but also shared with a gross guy who snored like a dirty warthog - the kind of people this place attracts I guess. If you want to enjoy your trip to Berlin please do not come here.

Bad and, unreliable and unprofessional service. Ordered an apartment with q baby bed. First bed was not built proprely, after complaining, a second bed was brought and not built at all. We were told to build it ourselves....besides that the apartment was not safe, as it had nails and broken parts on the floor in some corners. Only advantage is the nice location.

This hostel is located in a nice and hipstery neighborhood but next to a park full of junkies. The owner of the hostel/ receptionist is not friendly at all eventhough we tried. The rooms are dirty, smelly and the matrasses and pillows are straight picked up from the street. The kitchen and common room are not cosy to meet other people and nobody used it as well. It's a cheap hostel but there are other cheap hostels in Berlin that offer more quality. The only good thing about this hostel was Sham ( the voluntary intern) who was open for a conversation.

travellers- don’t trust the positive reviews. mouldy. everywhere. everything is covered in a layer of grime. bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in months probably. the common room is mostly people who live there.

The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in my life. so dirty, bathrooms are dirty, broken and not working so good. Rooms are a mess, dirty and full of garbage. Beds are dirty, no conecters or ligth near. Bad atmosphere and the people of the hostel don’t care.
Not recommended, the worst place I’ve ever slept, disgusting.
I payed for 5 nights but only could endure one night.

Bathrooms too small, water goes out constantly, on upper bed too hard to plug in your mobile or laptop, no reading light on upper bed, the room is beside the street so too much noise for the whole night and early morning .Ask for the room not beside the street they didn't give it to me though I asked.Wifi too weak. The room table and chair was full with stuff of someone living there for months.the hostel manager didn't care.Cleanness medium
The location and kitchen facility and free coffee is good.
