Comfortable seating and amazing beer. We sat here for hours and enjoyed life. No loud music and no cars passing by. Just a perfect oasis in the middle of Berlin.

Well they don’t torture you with crazy amount of pretty much similarly tasting bavarian beer brands. So it’s mostly about this rare beast we call in Germany “Craftbier” (other countries are a bit more progressive in this matter so for them it’s “a beer”). Food is great after approx. a third glass.

Roaming around in Alexanderplatz, I came across this place through sheer coincidence. It is hidden away right behind the bahn bridge. Enjoyed the Flammkuchen and the beers. The ambience is amazing, with lot of plants and garden stuff incorporated into their lush outdoors. The interiors are just as beautiful and tastefully done. I am aware of the slow service but right now after the pandemic, they are short on staff. It was just 2 people taking orders, serving the food and beers, so not very hard to imagine why service is slow. I even suspect that they cooked the food as a result of shortage in staffing. But they did a great job with a smiling face, even though the stress was visible on their faces. I will surely go back there.

One of the most memorable places we visited while in Berlin. We sat on a comfy couch in the corner of the restaurant and had the currywurst, the shnitzel, and the most amazing dark beer we've ever had. Although it was very close to the TV tower and lots of tourist traffic, it still felt like a hole-in-the-wall gem. Definitely recommended!

Good place to eat and drink some beer, they are serving some crafted ones options including some special "frozen" long brewed versions I think it's called icebouk which is quiet expensive 33 per bottle and beer sets to try all at once. Dishes are typical like currywurst, snitzel and so on.

I’ve never had such a bad experience in a restaurant and the excuse of being 31st of December is not a good one as I’m pretty sure that on a regular Saturday the restaurant is also busy..

1h50 to get our dishes...that says it all
I had a burger and in a burger the most important is the meat. That wasn’t good beef quality meat. It was just not fresh beef hackfleisch but some reconstituted meat that tasted weird
I made a friend tried just to be sure it wasn’t just me.. he was like : what is that!
Final touch waiters teasing our friend on his pronounciatiob of spezi and then completely forgeting to bring it...
If you can : avoid
