The slowest service at any train station bakery. If no one else waits, allot 4 minutes or longer for getting handed one baked good and a filter coffee. Longer, if your coffee requires the machine. If someone else waits before you, do not plan to make your train. If several people wait, you might as well turn around and walk one block back to the rewe and use their bakery, you will return before the line is gone at this spot. In the morning rush hour, there are three employees. This would be perfect, if they were all helping customers. Unfortunately, only one elderly woman provides service, and she seems to have no idea of how to move quickly. Two younger women work to the side, preparing more baking. It seems that they need to learn how to manage time better so that more employees can focus on serving customers quickly when multiple arrive at once. In any other train station in Berlin, your coffee and croissant take 2 minutes.
