A bit triste in summer, the grass is burned and there isn't much to see. You can watch a small group of sheep. It's probably more exciting in spring.

The park is great. There is something for everyone: a secluded place for reading, or a sports field for athletes, there are also many playgrounds, or places for family recreation, also a good place to walk with dogs or just enjoy nature and dream.

This is a good place for skating, playing volleyball and walking. You are only allowed to walk on metal walkways, but there are a few sport activities for everyone.

One of my favorite parks in Berlin! Great place for sport and chilling with friends/family. Part of the park is a natural reservation and a wonderful view at sunset.

A long boardwalk runs along the edge of this former airfield turned nature preserve. Lots of different sights and activities along the way. Includes abandoned airport buildings, a skatepark, playground, benches and viewing points.

Yet another great place in Berlin, but don't expect much. It's a former airfield with few tormac tracks inside, you can bearly find trees there, lack of proper lawn, so forget about picking. I could find a proper playground there, so avoid going there with small kids, they will be bored to death.

One basketball pitch, which is open to the public, can't remember about any barbecue spot.

Basically it's a piece of land, where you can ride your bike or do Nordic walking, nothing spectacular, it's not a typical German park.
