Haben vorhin dort bestellt .Die "Bruschetta ist ja wohl die reinste Verarsche! Ist euer Salamander, OFEN, Toaster oder Pfanne kaputt? Wir sagen bei uns in der Küche dazu " von der Flamme geküsst." Aber Das Highlight kommt ja noch. Unser kleinster wollte Spaghetti Bolognese, wir packten es aus und es kam wirklich ein beißender, säuerlicher Geruch hervor. Darauf hin riefen wir an und wollten nur freundlich darauf hin weisen, das die Bolognese sehr unangenehm roch, mehr nicht. Kann alles passieren!MAN reichte uns den Angeblichen" Koch" der meinte, ich Zitiere: das sind die Tomaten die so säuerlich riechen und sagt dann ich koche meine Bolognese alle 3 Tage frisch, die steht vor mir die riecht gut. Ich glaube bei Euch sollte mal ne Hygienekontrolle unangemeldet kommen. Also HACCP Standards sind das nicht. Bei uns wird ne ne Bolo täglich frisch angestzt.Anstatt einfach zu sagen ja alles klar , kann passieren tut uns leid was auch immer, hätte ich alles verstanden( seinen Eigenen Teil kann man sich ja denken). Aber dann sowas zu sagen NO WAY. Nur wegen dieser Aussage ist diese Rezession zustande gekommen. Wenn man keine Möglichkeiten hat frisch zu kochen, da Personalmangel, Platzmangel oder was auch immer, sollte man sich überlegen ob man nicht eine kleinere Karte anbietet, dafür aber frisch und nicht alle 3 Tage eine Bolognese zubereitet.
