It was a very authentic night, with really good food and wine. The waiter did an amazing job as he had to run the shop almost alone. But he did way better than I would have expected because of lack of personal. I can kindly recommend the restaurant as it was at the end a very pleasant evening!

A real, authentic Italian restaurant in Berlin.
High quality food, coupled with warm and friendly service.
The service, ambiance and location was top notch! The waiters and waitresses were very meticulous and professional. They were able to recommend well and ensured that the lunch service was pleasant.
We also tried the sweet options today and they were all delicious!

I have ordered today an Insalada Tonno for 9,9 EUR.
It was my first time in this restaurant. The waiters were friendly, the salad took about 3-5 minutes to ger ready. It came to me as a surprise how big the portion was. I was rather hungry and wanted to have a salad for lunch. There was plenty tuna on the top and the green was well mixed with oil. After being mixed, it was a balanced experience, and it made me full without the extra bread the waiters have offered.

Fantastic staff, very family friendly and detail oriented. Location is unbeatable, ideal for a summer dinner. Food is, unfortunately, mediocre. Italian food scene is strong in Berlin, and you have top pizza and pasta spots 1-2 blocks away, hard to justify this choice beyond staff and location (which might be enough!)

Fantastic!!!!
It was one of the best pizzas and the service was great as well!
Poretti as well as Duckstein are a perfect match to the pizza and the ambience was great!
In my opinion a “must go to” in Berlin.(concerning pizza of course)
We haven’t tried the pasta but expectations are high for our next visit!

Mixed experiences here, which would make me hesitant to recommend it.

First visit, we had great food, friendly service, and would have left a 5 star review.

Second (attempted) visit. We waited to be seated, with the two waiters both saying they'd be with us in a moment. After 5 minutes, I went inside and both servers looked up and walked into the kitchen. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I can only assume they felt understaffed, but ultimately we decided to move on somewhere else.

Our third and most recent visit we went as friends from out of town had been recommended to visit by a family member. Service was very friendly, but they did forget one of the dishes ordered. It was rectified within 10 minutes, but still not ideal.

Overall, the food is good, and reasonably priced, and if it's not busy I expect you could have a good experience. That being said, there's other options in the area that I'd recommend over this, and only go to L'Osteria as a back-up.
