Communication with the boss was great, available at any time and we were even able to get into the room earlier.
Room + bathroom: both very clean and tidy, enough space to accommodate everything, TV and fridge available, free WiFi. We even got extra towels for the little one.
A kettle would have been nice, since the breakfast café across the street only opens at 8:30. opens and the restaurant below also opens later, whereby the owners were really nice and tried very hard. Had lunch there.
A couple of towel rails in the bathroom were also good.
All in all, great value for money. Subway only a few minutes away, so everything in Berlin can be reached quickly. Maybe you could put a timetable in the rooms.
We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would love to come back.

Sind übers WE angereist (2 Erw.+ Kind 3 J.), DZ m.Dusche OHNE Frühstück.
Kommunikation mit der Chefin super, jederzeit erreichbar und wir konnten sogar früher ins Zimmer.
Zimmer+Bad: beides sehr sauber und ordentlich, genug Platz um alles unterzubringen, TV und Kühlschrank vorhanden, freies W-lan. Wir bekamen sogar extra Handtücher für den kleinen.
Schon wäre ein Wasserkocher gewesen, da das Frühstückscafé gegenüber erst um 8:30. öffnet und das Lokal darunter ebenfalls erst später öffnet, wobei die Inhaber richtig nett und sehr bemüht waren.hatten dort zu Mittag gegessen.
Auch waren im Bad ein paar Handtuchhalter gut.
Alles im ganzen, preis-/Leistung super. U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten weg , somit ist alles in Berlin schnell erreichbar . Vielleicht könnte man auf den Zimmern einen Fahrplan bereit legen.
Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Probiert es aus, die Leute geben sich wirklich mühe auch wenn's nur ein Gast ist der da sitzt.
