Could easily be a 4-5 star restaurant:
- what everyone said is true, it's not that the food is slow to come, but getting a waiters attention is very difficult. There is a clear need of basic training for the personnel, nobody took our plates at the end, or asked for reorder, our to go was almost forgotten and we waited more than 10 minutes to even pay.
- food is good, however main ingredients get lost in all the flavours. Keeping truer to original cuisine in terms of mix balance would be a significant improvement.
