I order number 13 it's the crispy bucket, first they were to soft not even crispy how the name says, there are to long waiting times and the milkshake i ordered was made with half attention and Was bad mixed.
Personen is hard to understand and I needed 3 attempts until they understand me the question was just if the 13 has a drink in it.

I'll never come back to this KFC again. this is the worst that I've been. the hot wing is soft, not crispy and I have to wait 40 minutes to get something to eat.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this branch, the workers are so rude , disrespectful , and angry all the time . They don’t ask you if you spicy or not, not even asking u if u want mayo or ketchup. And the intend to make you feel stupid and not clear although I have repeated my order many times . Also the chicken is cold with the Fries

The service ist slow. Went there on a quiet afternoon with no customers. I ordered a menu and they gave me the wrong burger and condiment. The breading and fries were soggy, and the meat to pink. The burger was drenched in sauce. The place was generelly quite dirty.
