They asked us to check in using an app called luca, which doesn't work.
And then we asked to cancel the order, which they denied.
The rude lady which took our order said "then just go"
They asked us to delete all the photos that we took inside when i said im going to review on google maps.

Worst customer service ever. Doesn't even worth 1 star. Pretty bad

Clean, easy access from the road. In general I find KFC to be a bit expensive for what you get in Germany. But my son reallllyyyy wanted KFC and it was not bad. Unfortunately there was a few broken beer bottles in the parking lot. Restaurant dining area was clean and well maintained

1 hour for a small delivery. Burguers half empty and potatoe puree without gravy. Is it that difficult to make a proper order? Shameful not being able to do it.

This place is either closed temporarily or permanently. All lights are off and there is fence all around the property. I am under the impression it’s closed permanently. Call KFC Deutschland to confirm if this location will ever reopen!

Very affordable i must say and good place for family. My daughter has asked we revisit there almost every day since we went there. Got much desert variants at much affordable prices.
