Criticisms of Kandulski:
- The fourth floor was delivered extra despite several consultations with Kandulski.
- The fourth floor is pink, although I went back to Kandulski and I was assured there that the color of the floor would naturally fit into the wedding cake scheme
- The ordered strawberry filling definitely does not contain strawberries.
- The fondant on the top floor of the wedding cake is not flawless (that's what I expect from a professional pastry chef with appropriate prices!)
- No apologies from Kandulski
- Only 25% discount on an order that does not correspond in any point to my placed order
- No response to multiple emails to the management
- Very inculative and customer-unfriendly manner
The café is actually very nice, but unfortunately this behavior cannot be tolerated. I will avoid this cafe in the future.

Auch ich muss leider von Kandulski abraten. Hier wurde eine Hochzeitstorte bestellt, bei der leider alles schief ging. Als Überraschung für das Brautpaar wurde ein zusätzlicher Stock bestellt. Die Lieferung sah dann so aus wie auf den Bildern...

Kritikpunkte an Kandulski:
- Der vierte Stock wurde trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit Kandulski extra geliefert.
- Der vierte Stock ist rosa, obwohl ich extra zu Kandulski zurück ging und man mir dort versicherte, dass der Stock sich farblich natürlich ins Schema der Hochzeitstorte einreihen würde
- Die bestellte Erdbeerfüllung enthält definitiv keine Erdbeeren.
- Der Fondant auf dem obersten Stock der Hochzeitstorte ist nicht makellos (das erwarte ich bei einem professionellen Konditor mit entsprechenden Preisen!)
- Keine Entschuldigung von Seiten Kandulski
- Lediglich 25% Preisnachlass bei einer Bestellung, die in keinem Punkt meiner aufgegebenen Bestellung entspricht
- Keine Reaktion auf mehrfache E-Mails an die Geschäftsführung
- Sehr inkulante und kundenunfreundliche Art
Das Café ist eigentlich sehr nett, aber dieses Verhalten ist leider nicht tolerierbar. Ich werde dieses Café zukünftig meiden.

Nobody in the shop speaks German more than please, thank you and sorry
Nobody can operate the cash register properly.
In the end we were lucky that there were still 3 decent complete cakes.
Even during the phone call on site with the boss, who was at home, suddenly nothing was understood and only Polish was spoken.
We have been to this shop twice: for the first time and for the last time!
The shop is recommendable despite the good taste of the cakes and not at all!

Geschmacklich sind die Torten ganz gut. Zuverlässigkeit und Service sind sehr schlecht. Vor 14 Tagen Schultütentorte zu Einschulung am 7.8.2021 bestellt. Am 7.8.2021, 9.00 Uhr (!!!!!!) telefonische Information, dass die Torte nicht aus Polen (dort werden alle Torten gefertigt) mitgekommen ist. Wir durften uns aber im Wert 3 andere Torten auswählen, die für uns dann reserviert würden. Vor Ort dann:
Keiner weiß etwas von reservierten Torten
Keiner im Geschäft spricht mehr deutsch als bitte, danke und Entschuldigung
Keiner kann die Kasse fachgerecht bedienen.
Letztlich hatten wir das Glück, das noch 3 annehmbare komplette Torten da waren.
Auch im Telefonat vor Ort mit der Chefin, welche zu Hause war, wurde plötzlich nichts mehr verstanden und nur noch polnisch geredet.
Wir waren in diesem Geschäft zweimal: zum ersten und zu letzten mal!
Zu empfehlen ist der Laden trotz guten Geschmacks der Torten gaz und gar nicht!
