We had a great birthday party here for our 9yo and his friends. We had a reserved place which was ready on our arrival. The staff were very friendly and spoke English even though we didn't ask them too. The eating and jump areas were very clean and the staff were quick to clear any mess.
The children were free to play but we're supervised very well by the staff when things got a little crazy, all done with a smile.
The pizza were bigger than expected, 2 slices were very generous. The unlimited bottled water and schole was a nice touch. The boys loved pouring their own slushies.
You can bring your own cake and they will provide knife and plates.

It's a nice place for little kids, but I would not recommend it for teenagers. Double and backflips are not allowed and the staff is very strict about it. Basically, anything outside of simple jumping is not permitted. Both of my kids 14+15 y.o. were pretty disappointed. Having said that, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, family friendly etc. - it's just not a very exciting place for older kids.

Absolutely wonderful time.
We got held up because of some crazy guy at the train station stopping the whole train causing us to be 30 minutes late.
Alina moved up our time for us so we could get the whole 90 minutes we paid for and she was just the absolute best.
5 stars easily, amazing place and really cool zip line!

Can't book online because I have to pay half the price on the door and when I went to pay they said the payment must be done on the same day of the booking. Very inconvenient policy.
