I love coming here - the owner is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I mostly have the vegetarian thali whenever I come here because it's well priced and it offers a variety of side dishes that change from time to time. And when I say variety, I talking about side dishes you don't find on the typical Indian restaurant menu - for example, I've never tried beet root sabzi until coming here. Love it here

Great Indian food. A bit spicy as ordered. Very affordable prices. Sitting outside is really nice

Really, the only place in Berlin that serves food from the Subcontinent with real home-cooked, authentic feel, prepared by genuine folks and served with honesty. I still remember the cold winter night and the warm flavors of the vegetarian thali.

The owner is maybe one of the most caring and generous people I have ever met, and cooks the best Indian food I’ve ever had. This place will make you feel at home and cared for. Cannot recommend it more highly enough.

Great food, very friendly service. The samosa were unbelievable good, best ones I ever had. Great spices. One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to.

The food was very delicious and had an authentic Indian touch. The restaurant had a calm and pleasant ambience. I would definitely suggest Joseph Bistro cafe to others I know .Thanks for the good food :)

Very disappointing!!! I asked for samosas but got some spinach appetizers instead that I didn't ask for.... but was expected to pay for them! Unfortunately I also couldn't Express my disappointment because the person serving could neither communicate in German or English.
