This place is inexpensive by today's standards! The service is friendly, and there is free green tea. The salmon steamed rice is delicious. However, the beef in the gyu don is dry and tough. Next time, I'll try different steamed rice or sushi! ????

The Price for the amount of food is actually really good!

What kinda bothered me though was the sticky table and lower hygiene level of the shop. I would have also liked some japanese music in the background, doesn't have to be loud, just some noise, you know.

The food tastes ok, i liked the free green tee too and the staff was very friendly and nice. I guess it's a 3.5/5 but theres definitely room for improvement which doesn't even create higher costs

A mixed emotion with this one, never in my live have I waited to be served at a Restaurant by having my name writen on a piece of paper and then staying outside for 30 min. But.
Before even ordering, Tea was offered, without asking, sure alright, it was tradition and that's far, no hate there.
I had a traditionel Fried Ducks with Noodles, taste was really good, lot's of option for adding taste and serving was done in a nice way which looked cool.
If you visit Berlin, maybe give it a try if you don't mind waiting on more busy days.

Having having lived in Japan and eating at so many restaurants it's hard to say that this is not authentic as it comes

Authentic Japanese uncomplicated restaurant for lunch or early dinner. Good ingredients, simple dishes and quiet room. It’s nicer sitting next to the fassade. One of the few places serving real Unagi-don ( traditional eel dish) and Natoo ( fermented soy beans usually served for breakfast). You will be welcomed with free fresh green tea. Lovely!

Best sushi considering price and quality in Berlin! Free green tea and nice service. Highly recommend Bakudan Don (if you accept Natto) and Aburi Sake Uramski♥️

My favorite sushi place in Berlin — it's always delicious, friendly, and the toilets are spotless clean :-) I recommend taking the tuna here and finishing up with some inari sushi. Some of the servers speak English which is a wonderful surprise and you can pay with a contactless card or Apple Pay! Visited a few times and definitely coming back for more!
