I’ve been to Iro multiple times, yet I’m posting pictures only of the last one. Is worth trying every single dish in the menu, even the onigiri is super tasty! They also offer a sake tasting at a very affordable price. Staff is always nice and ready to answer any question, last time I’ve been served by an extremely cute an gentle young girl with short hair: I don’t know your name but you rock!! I’ll go back for sure!

Fantastic and lively place! Right at The „Boxi“ with a very cozy interior. Food came extremely quickly with exceptionally friendly staff. The food seemed authentic and was very yummy! Just be careful - the food is extremely hot. My favourite was the jiggly pork belly. Will surely come again!

Bestest Japanese Cuisine in Berlin.
The food was delivered very quick.
Cozy place with beautiful ambience and tasty food.
Has good options for Vegan, Vegetarian and Meat eaters.
Portions are good. I’d recommend to order few starters and based on your capacity order more.
Make sure to taste the Japanese alcoholic beverages like Sake and Shochu

Relatively busy in the evening so if you can make a reservation it would be advised. Service was quick as you write down your order on a piece of paper and they'll bring it out when ready.
The food however was slightly disappointing.
Although the ramen u0026 yakisoba could've used more flavor especially if you have a level of comparison to proper ramen restaurants, the eggplant and pork belly were nice. Similarly I liked the omelette, however it has a particular taste so might not be for everyone. The Tiramisu dessert was good as well. Finally, worth ordering the sake tasting which had a nice offer.
Portions were reasonable and we had 3 starters, 2 mains u0026 1 dessert for 3 people which was enough.
Overall not the best Japanese place but worth giving it a try.

I was invited to this restaurant with a couple of friends visiting from the US, mind you, I never had Japanese before. Little did I know that while the portions are somewhat decent and prices are on the cheaper side, it was very tasty. The staff were also helpful, friendly and the place felt very authentic to the Japanese vibe I always got from the shows I watched.

Amazing Service. Sake tasting with good explanation by the servers on how to drink and what to drink. Food is the best Japanese food I've had in Berlin. Great Katsu, Awesome Ramen and some dish with Bonito flakes.

The restaurant is very inviting and has a funny sign at the door saying “no sushi”. That wakes the curiosity to try other typical japanese dishes.
The dishes taste freshly made and are finely spiced. Overall I would rate them as well tasting. Just the portion was a bit too small and the price doesn’t match the size of the portion.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
