Loved it! Perfect blend of casual vibes, surprisingly big menu and lively service. Good to delicious food (the pizza!!) for a very competitive pricing. Even in Berlin, family run restaurants like Il Cardellino tend to become a rare find.

Lovely little neighborhood Italian place. Pasta Bolognese is a pretty filling meal for only 6€! You are gonna hear the music from the Godfather a few times...

The shrimps pasta was very good, I asked for extra shrimps for a cost but the amount was very good for free!

Sehr lecker zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Hat nicht nur geschmeckt, sah auch toll aus. Auch die Essen an und auf anderen Tischen sahen gut und groß aus, top. Ein 0,5er Bier für 3 Euro und z.B. 2 Euro für Pommes.... Am Imbiss ists teurer!! Wir würden jetzt kein Geburtstag dort feiern, aber um ab und an mal schnell was essen können, kommt das bei uns in die engere Wahl.... Auch der zweite Besuch war preiswert unf gut

Die negativen Rezessionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich kenne das Restaurant seit 2004 und bin nicht einmal entäuscht worden. Gemessen an den Preisen vollbringt die Crew Höchstleistungen, geschmacklich gesehen. Zudem stimmt auch der Service. Ist nicht der "Maitre de Italiano", aber wirklich gut und günstig. Im Sommer kann man durch den Aussenbereich und die nahe Bushaltestelle so seine Studien treiben. Absolut empfehlenswert!
