Extremely irresponsible staff in the kitchen planning.
We bought our kitchen, it was damaged in the installation (IKEA partner), we called to confirm that we would get a new part and that it would be fixed, IKEA staff confirmed that we would get a new part in up to 6 weeks, ok, we waited 6 weeks and nothing happened! Nothing, no email, call, nothing, we called again and found out that the parts weren't ordered! They didn't order the new parts, simply ignored our issue, lied to us. Result now, we do have an order number but we will need to wait more 6 weeks to have it fixed, 3 months waiting for something that was already paid, that we did wait a long time to have it installed, that was damage by an IKEA partner that was contracted when we bought the kitchen.
It's easy to say to the customer to wait when everything was already paid, that we can't do anything about it.
My wife will have our babies almost before the kitchen is finished, let's not talk about the wall paint that IKEA won't pay because they couldn't finish the splash panel because of the damage but, believe it or not WE HAVE TO USE THE KITCHEN everyday.
