I stayed at this property towards the end of March, everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness, super breakfast, spacious and heated room. all the staff smiling and friendly with us; the view from our room was perfect and the super central location is surrounded by many clubs and pubs. needless to say it's the best in the area! we will definitely be back!

There is really not much 4 star about this hotel except the price. Beds are not really comfy especially if you are a larger body type. No air condition, so the room temperature is almost unbearable in August. Room design is rather uncreative standard. Overall look is rather cheap and not really inviting and furniture is sometimes quite worn (broken cabinet door hinges, spotty mirrors, damaged lampshades). Room size is okay and cleanliness is good. Still certainly not the quality one would expect from a four star hotel in Germany, felt more like a low end 3 star budget hotel.

Staff was kind, rooms are quite big and clean, The accommodation was nice.
But the sound travels a lot in these rooms. You can even hear, what your significant other is doing next to you in the bathroom, you can hear city traffic, metro, some other guests moving furniture and in our case even ongoing breakfast.
Walk from Ubahn (metro) is a bit sketchy, you sometimes came across some weird people. But that’s not the Hotels fault, you just gotta play your cards right.

Good location and large standard rooms. No air con though meaning this is not a 4 star hotel as it claims to be - if you come for summer months expect the room to reach 30-35c degrees. Absolute joke this place.

Superb hotel situated perfectly to make the most of the cities Sbahn trains for getting all around quickly

The rooms and hallways were not the cleanest, and the bathroom was smelly and had a general low quality feeling to it. The was a large stain on the sofa, and half empty bottles in the otherwise bare kitchenette. However, the breakfast was good with a rich selection of different types of food, all of which seemed looked tasty. The area is a little shoddy but vibrant, and there are many lovely restaurants too.

No complaints about this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice, and the rooms were good for the price. The area is not very centered but it is very close to the U-ban and there are a lot of nice places around the hotel
