Horrible service, one moment they tell you we can switch rooms tomorrow. You tell them you have a long day out tomorrow so you’ll be back late, they tell you no worries it’s ok. The next day you come at 10pm back and they tell you, no you should’ve come in the morning. It’s your fault! Now we’re stuck with a broken shower and 2 single beds while we booked for a double… there is no fan or AC in the room which makes it 40 degrees + after a summer day… complete waste of money

I liked this place in general, room was spacious and clean, but the hotel is so large that I felt isolated. Breakfast was amazing, and the location is ideal.

Do NOT stay here if you expect to use wifi!! The hotel is ok but the wifi connection is NON EXISTENT. Do not believe them when they say free wifi. There is none. I called the front desk to ask about it and they said this always happens when a lot of guests are surfing the net and the hotel's internet system is "too weak to cope with it". Then the front desk person was ride and said what do you want me to do about it. So I said one thing you can immediately do is disclose it on your website so people like me who absolutely need wifi will not select your place. Then he was even ruder and said "thank you for the lecture"!!
I really regret coming here and prepaying two nights, so I can't even move out to a place with wifi tomorrow.
The hotel room is good, clean and a decent size. It's just too inconvenient that there is no wifi, free or otherwise.
Left a bad taste in my mouth.
I will not recommend this place at all

BEWARE of this Hotel
One of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. They put me up in a non- airconditioned room in peak summer in July with a super loud machine just outside my room and a highway/construction site on the other side (I didnt know that non-airconditioned rooms existed in 2022). But not just that, when I asked if I could switch rooms, the receptionist was unapologetic and super rude and informed me that the air conditioned rooms were anyway three times the price --u003e I checked, its just a 5 euros difference. Please save your time, money and effort and book some other hotel in Berlin

The staff was nice and it was clean, but

wifi was not working, the staff told its bcoz the hotel is full.. lol! that’s not my problem.

2- there was no air conditioning
the staff says only 3rd and 4th floor has it and mine was on 2nd . They call it 4star hotel , seriously you should be joking ..!

booked this one coz it’s near to the friend I have to visit

basically I am standing outside the hotel at midnight and typing this bcoz I cannot sleep and the streets are a bit cooler

The rooms were clean, service made a terrific job every time and the breakfast was outstanding. The employees were very nice and I would give 4 stars, because of the "older" look and feel of the furniture for the price, but the staff at the restaurant and at the reception desk was so nice that I have to give the extra star just for them.

Very well connected by car and public transport, very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds.
